I am a hopeful mom to be who will be adopting from TDH (Vietnam) in 18-24 months. We have sent in our homestudy and application dossier, and it has been sent to the ministry for approval. And now the WAIT BEGINS. I am sooooo glad I found your blog. I have been looking for fellow canadians to chat with about this big adventure. We live in Toronto and have been going through the adoption process since early 2007. We started with private and have since switched to vietnam (actually Vietnam was always our first choice, but we were talked out of it cause of the lengthy wait). Should have listened to our gut. I am so excited for you and your family, you are so close - I hope you don't mind if I live vicariously through you over the next few months. Great to Meet you!

PS: I am partial to your "Meg or Meggie" baby name choice. We are going with Sadie.
